Welcome to the Sierra Nevada Taproom and Restaurant.
Here, you can sample our entire line of year-round,
seasonal, and specialty brews on draft, and enjoy pub
classics like spicy chicken wings, grilled burgers, and
our Ale-battered Fish and Chips.
In the mood for something out of the ordinary? Try our
Bordelaise-glazed Filet Mignon and handmade Butternut
Squash Ravioli, or our Apple-malt Pork Loin or wood-fired
gourmet pizzas. Whatever type of food you’re in the mood
for, you’ll find the Taproom and Restaurant is just as
friendly and accommodating as the rest of our brewery.
With a generous dining room and an outdoor dining patio
shaded by wisteria-twined trellises, we have plenty of
space for brewery visitors, special occasion dinners, and
casual dining. We also keep high chairs and booster seats
on hand for families with young children.
Our vegetarian entrées change with the seasons,
showcasing the freshest locally grown produce and most
succulent ingredients. All of our breads are baked
in-house daily. Malted barley from our brewing process
gives our whole-grain rolls and pizza crusts a tender,
chewy bite, and sauces based on our ales and lagers flavor
many other dishes.
We serve choice aged beef from our own locally raised
herd, fed on a special natural diet that includes brewer's
yeast with beer and the nutritious spent grains from our
brewery. Like our wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads, our
grilled meats are cooked over local almond wood, which
burns hotter than most woods to sear meats quickly,
locking in juices and flavor. Be sure to try our signature
Sierra Nevada Ribeye Steak, served with a peppery Pale Ale
steak sauce and crispy red onions, garlic mashed potatoes,
and sautéed seasonal vegetables.

We’re located right at the Sierra Nevada Brewery, 1075
East 20th Street, and we’re open every day except

Here at the Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., we love live
music almost as much as we love great beer. That’s why
we designed the Big Room with live music in mind. The
350-seat venue is located right at the brewery, and has
been called one of the best live music spaces on the West
Coast:

The acoustics are great no matter where you’re
sitting—or dancing—thanks to our state-of-the-art
system and the fact that every seat has a great view of

specs. You can buy tickets in our Taproom. Tickets may
also be available at the door, but shows often sell out
early. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance.
Our shows are open to all ages, and we offer an
assortment of non-alcoholic beverages in addition to our
line of premium ales and lagers. Hungry? We serve a
limited menu in the Big Room during the hour before each
concert begins, or enjoy dinner in our Taproom
and Restaurant prior to the show.
